We offer a no obligation service where we will send one of our specialist consultants to site to discuss with you, face to face what your requirements are. We pride ourselves on listening and only have very experienced consultants with a minimum of 10 Years field experience, in fact all of our consultants are from an engineering background and have been there and done it, so no to flash salesmen, yes to people who know what they’re talking about. We will offer some suggestions and recommendations but will always remain faithful to your needs.
Our consultants will put together the design of the system, our consultants are the designers – nothing is lost in the translation. They know exactly what you have discussed and your specific requirements.
The design process involves research into the latest technologies, cross-referenced with budget constraints and more importantly your requirements to create your specific design. Once the Consultant is happy that all the objectives have been met by the design it will then go for sanity checking with the Technical Manager. Once we’ve got our ducks in a row, we’ll then present your proposal. Once the design has been approved by you we will then move to implementation and Project Management.
Timescales and procurement are key to project management and once we’re given the green light a project manager is assigned working closely with the consultant to ensure continuity. We work to strict timescales to ensure procurement and delivery of the many different elements of your specific system. Most systems will comprise of a minimum of 10-15 different suppliers so organisation is key. All of our suppliers are vetted and approved by Zavi Ltd and we’re not narrow minded nor do we have pet suppliers that we try to push their wares, we only supply the right equipment for the job, whether it’s price sensitive or performance orientated, we have a strict policy of working to your requirements only.
Working with the Project Manager, the installation process can comprise of multiple visits – 1st Fix, 2nd Fix, Installation, Commissioning Etc.. Once a team of Engineers is assigned to your job, we strive to ensure continuity and therefore they will be the only engineers you will see throughout the project from 1st fix to commissioning, after all they will know how they managed to get a cable from A-B and in which part of the partition wall it’s in once it’s sealed up.

All of our engineers are CTS Trained with accreditation and with our ongoing investment in people program all engineers hold CSCS cards and are IPAF Certificated.
Support
Once you equipment has been installed your system is automatically supported under our 
program where we offer an initial 3 month period of support and cover with the option of extending this for complete peace of mind throughout the lifecycle of your investment.
